The contact form asks for your name, business name, email, service of interest, and message. You may also provide a phone number, current website, and service area. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

How inquiries are used

We use your details to review your request, respond, and discuss possible work. An inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

Services that process information

Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions, including spam filtering. Email notifications and correspondence are handled through Gmail. Cloudflare manages our domain and DNS. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect their services.

Keeping and deleting inquiries

Inquiries that do not become client work will be deleted from our Netlify submission records and Gmail messages after 12 months. Information connected to client work may be retained for service delivery and business recordkeeping. Service providers may retain backups or technical logs under their own policies.

You can contact Michael to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you shared. We may need to confirm your identity and keep records required for ongoing work or other applicable obligations.

Website tracking

We have not added analytics or advertising tracking to this website. If we change how the site collects or uses information, we will update this notice.
