How we work together
Support requests are acknowledged within one business day. Simple content changes target completion within three business days, and outages are prioritized as reasonably possible. These are service targets, not promises of immediate evening or weekend support.

What happens if I leave?
Hosting continues through the paid period, with notice as defined in your agreement. Your domain remains yours. Standard handoff includes up to 30 minutes; additional migration help is $125/hour, with work expected to exceed approximately one hour quoted first.
