A practical review-request process
Review links, request wording and timing, and simple process guidance. Citation work covers NAP review, spot corrections, and identification of significant issues.
Know what changed and why
A simple monthly written or video update covers observations, completed work, and the next priority. An approximately 30-minute quarterly review is available when useful.
How we work together
Onboarding establishes the search, analytics, profile, citation, and conversion baseline and initial priorities. It does not fix every issue discovered. Southport-built sites are preferred; technically sound existing sites may qualify after review. Necessary technical remediation is quoted separately.

- Review guidance does not include incentives, fake reviews, sending every request, or answering every review. Additional legitimate locations start at +$199/month after workload review.

Is Website Care included?
Yes. The $399 monthly price includes normal Care services and their existing limits.
Will I get a new page every month?
No. One prioritized action uses approximately 90 minutes of implementation time. A substantial page may span more than one month or be quoted separately. Care edits and Growth work serve separate purposes.
Can you guarantee rankings?
No. Priorities follow evidence and useful improvements, without promises of a specific position, lead count, or revenue.
What is the commitment?
$299 one-time onboarding for existing sites, waived when Growth starts immediately after a Professional Website project. Three-month initial term, then month-to-month.
